We tested text from both ChatGPT and Gemini and also further humanized it using a secondary tool. It always caught over 60% of the AI-generated text in each test.

While you can detect AI-generated images by looking for common signs, AI or Not can automate the process. You just need to upload your photo and it will tell you how likely it has been generated by an AI.
You’ll have to create a free account to use the tool. The free plan allows 10 image scans per month with basic details like whether it’s AI or not and detecting the presence of NSFW content.
You’ll need a premium plan to get more scans per month and unlock advanced reports. The premium plan can tell the exact name of the model used for AI generation and detailed analysis of the image.
We tested it using AI-generated images that are usually hard to detect, such as zoomed-out images or ones with simple textures. It detected all of them with perfect accuracy.
Resemble AI – Detect AI Voice

While it’s an AI voice generator tool, Resemble AI also offers a reliable deepfake voice detector for free. Although you can only upload files for a maximum of 1-minute duration, it’s enough to differentiate between a human and an AI.
Even though it’s free, you still need to provide your email to analyze a file. After analyzing, it will simply tell whether it’s fake or real with no extra details.
The tool is definitely very simple with limited options, but it did great in our testing. We tried a bunch of custom AI-generated voices – even with custom pauses – and it easily detected all of them.
ChatGPT AI Code Detector – AI-Generated Code Detector

Yes, AI can even help develop modern apps, but their use is still bad when prohibited; like by education systems or clients. AI Code Detector is a custom GPT that uses ChatGPT to analyze code and look for clues that give away whether it was written by a human or an AI. All you have to do is copy/paste the code in ChatGPT and it will give a complete breakdown.
ChatGPT will tell what the code is about, which parts are probably written by AI and why, which parts are probably written by a human, and its verdict. While it won’t provide a percentage probability, it will comment on how likely it’s written by an AI or human.
We tested it using simple and complex codes generated by both Gemini and ChatGPT (GPT-4o). For codes generated by ChatGPT itself, it always said that there is a high probability it’s written by AI and didn’t even give any comments on parts that could be written by a human. For Gemini, it separated parts with both human and AI probability, but ultimately said it’s likely AI generated.
Since it’s a custom GPT, it’s subject to the same features and limitations of ChatGPT Plus and free versions.
Face Check ID – Reverse Image Search AI Social Media Profile Pictures

Many AI-based scams heavily depend on fake social media profiles that AI uses to contact and convince victims. If you think an account is managed by an AI, you can use Face Check ID to reverse image search their profile picture that can give away they are fake.
Most fake social media AI profiles use stolen profile pictures to look real. Face Check ID can find people with matching faces and provide exact links where their photos are available. If their photos are present on multiple social profiles on the same network or the photos are published under different names, they might be fake.
You just need to upload your picture and agree to their terms to start the search. However, it uses a queue system, so it might take more time if the server is busy. It will show all matching pictures with a score telling how likely it’s the same person. You can also see the names of the websites where the photo is available.
While the face search is free, you need to buy credits to open links that tell exactly where the photo is found on a specific website.
Deepware Scanner – Deepfake Video Detector

Deepfake videos are turning out to be a big problem as video ads and fake news can be used to fuel propaganda. Deepware Scanner helps detect AI-made videos using multiple detection models. To use the tool, you just need to upload the video or paste its URL.
